Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Orthodox Christian Prayer Book("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

Orthodox Christian Prayer Book is a mobile application for iPhone and Android that provides Orthodox Christian prayers, daily Bible readings, audio prayers, audio Bible chapters, saints of the day, and related prayer tools. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal prayer and spiritual reading.
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its content without written permission.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Content

The prayers, Scripture readings, saints' lives, and other religious texts provided in the App are sourced from the Orthodox Christian tradition. While we strive for accuracy, the App is intended as a personal devotional aid and should not replace guidance from your priest or parish community.

User-Generated Content

Any personal notes, bookmarks, and prayer tracking data you create within the App remain yours. This data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for the loss of locally stored data due to device failure, App deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, icons, graphics, and original content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Orthodox Christian prayer texts and Scripture passages included in the App are in the public domain or used with appropriate permissions.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Orthodox Prayer Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:

• Monthly: $2.99 USD per month
• Annual: $14.99 USD per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We may release updates from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new content. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
